FRANCE

 

Free Express Shipping (2-3 days) in France for orders over 100.
If your basket is under 100€, the shipping will cost 12€.

 

EUROPE

 

12 Express Shipping (2-6 days) : Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia.

 

Unfortunatly we dont deliver to other areas yet. 
But new countries will be available for delivery very soon.

 

Please note that all additional duties and taxes must be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Shipping times may vary, but are assured. We work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping time refers to business days only and starts from your confirmation notification.

 

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public French holiday will be processed from the following working day.

Please note that no change or cancellation requests can be approved because as soon as the order is placed it is being prepared and the packing slip is issued. We deliver to many countries in Europe.

 

Once shippedthe customer will receive an informative email with the tracking number. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us. If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment will be sent back to us. In both situations, shipping costs will not be refunded.

At reception, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing a proof of delivery. If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered, altered, or trend appart, or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address bonjour@muzeparis.com.
